If you have ever been to Cantina 1511 on Sunday before 4 then you know that our Brunch Menu is delicious but brief. All of our chefs are working diligently to create new brunch ideas based on American Classics infused with Mexican flavors and ingredients.
Some of the newest ideas include:
Chorizo Hash and Eggs, Layered Masa Crepes with plantain jam and toasted meringue, and Brisket Arepas “Benedict”, crispy corn griddle cakes with Red Chile Brisket, poached eggs and Cascabel Hollandaise.
We would like to encourage everyone to comment with your own ideas and the dishes you would like to see on Cantina 1511′s brunch menu in the near future.
